Nobody likes waiting for a parcel, especially a sensi one, so we make sure our turn around is as quickly as possible.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will receive their package on the next working day.
If you need something delivered for the Saturday please email us at hellow@sensisilk.com
All products will be delivered by DPD and we provide free next day delivery for orders over £60.
Returns
everything you need to know
Domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To return email us at hello@sensisilk.com with your order number and what items you wish to return.
Then simply package the item and return it to:

When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 3 business days. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
All items must be returned in original packaging an in unused condition. We reserve the rights to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
